Mr. Richard O. Spencer, Jr., is an author, executive coach, entrepreneur, mentor, and lecturer, whose mission and desire is to help people live healthier, more productive lives, and discover the greatness within. For over 20 years, he has mentored young people as a football coach, trainer, and youth advocate, combining the importance of sports/physical activity, with education, and life skills facilitation to help nurture young people.  In addition to his wealth of experience, he brings an eagerness to lead the team providing excellent programming for the students and families at Richard R. Wright Elementary School.
