Refund and Withdrawals:
If a player unregisters before December 15th, a full refund will be given excluding a 4% credit card transaction fee.
If a player unregisters between December 15th and December 28th, the player will be credited the full amount to their account to be used for services by August 31st, 2026
If a player unregisters after December 28th, no refunds or credits will be given.
