Registration Portal
Accessing your online portal allows you to update personal information, view your statement, register for classes, and more!
We invite current students, parents of enrolled students, and enrolling families to log in to the Club Automation portal to access clinic sign-ups, enrollment forms, billing accounts, and center announcements. Along with staying organized, and registering for upcoming clinics, lessons, events, and programming – it will keep your information safe and secure.
USING CLUB AUTOMATION
Club Automation, our club management system at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education is your information hub. Along with staying organized, registering for upcoming clinics, lessons, events, and programming – it will keep your information safe and secure.

1. Visit: https://legacy.clubautomation.com/
2. Click on the “Access My Account” button under the “First time here?” header.
3. You will be promoted to enter/verify basic information about yourself (fields marked with asterisks are required) and review and approve the center’s liability waiver.
4. The email address you enter and password you choose will be your login information moving forward—please save this information.
5. Confirm or enter a credit/debit card on file.
Enter your username (your email address) & password in the “Login to” box.
Note: If you have any problems accessing your account, select “forgot your password?” and a new verification link will be sent to your email.
