Jessica Lynch

Senior Director of Development

Jessica Lynch brings over two decades of fundraising expertise in the nonprofit sector, primarily within the arts and cultural landscape, including leadership roles at WXPN Radio, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), and the Morris Arboretum. Prior to joining LEGACY Youth Tennis and Education, Jessica applied her passion for community impact as the Senior Director of Development at Episcopal Community Services, a 155-year-old organization dedicated to alleviating poverty through critical programs, notably robust Out-of-School Time initiatives supporting underserved youth.

At LEGACY, Jessica leads the cultivation and stewardship of donors, stakeholders, volunteer leaders, and board members, effectively advancing the organization’s mission by broadening community awareness, deepening engagement, and consistently growing philanthropic support. She is deeply committed to the transformative power of cultural and educational institutions and to positively impacting the lives of youth.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University, graduating magna cum laude as the Student Marshal of her class. A former performing artist, she enjoys exploring philosophy, mindfulness meditation, gardening, and reading nonfiction. Jessica resides in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Paul, where they are raising their boy-girl twins.
