Rosie was born and raised in a small beach town in Central New Jersey. In 2015, Rosie graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. With a desire to do more, she minored in Leadership, Ethics, Organizational Sustainability, and Faith Justice. While at St. Joseph’s University, she participated in numerous community service opportunities where she fell in love with Philadelphia.

For two years, she took on a leadership role to coordinate an after-school program in West Philadelphia. She is grateful for the experiences she had through community service programs in Camden, New Orleans, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. After graduating, Rosie worked in a number of corporate roles before deciding to pursue her passion in education.
