Peter is an entrepreneurial and innovative hospitality leader who brings 30+ years of industry experience bolstered by an extensive background in Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Culinary across leading luxury brands such as The Breakers Palm Beach, The Cloisters at Sea Island, and Fortune 500 B2B businesses at Aramark and Sodexo where he currently heads up the $500MM Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges portfolio managing leading aviation and banking oasis destinations for respite and comfort across North America.

Peter holds a Master’s in Management from The Nolan School of Hotel Administration, Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina Greensboro, and an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales.

Peter, his wife Carolina, and children Alejandra and Joaquin (who have been part of the of the Legacy family from a young age) are avid tennis players and fans.
