Laurence is a native of Queens, New York and grew up playing competitive tennis in the Eastern section. With a deep passion for the sport, he has amassed over twenty-five years of teaching experience across diverse environments nationwide. Laurence has made significant contributions to grassroots tennis programs and has worked at some of the country’s most prestigious clubs, including Fisher Island Tennis Club and the John McEnroe Tennis Academy, where he held key positions as Assistant Director and Director of Junior Tennis.

Passionate about coaching adults, Laurence has worked with players across the skill spectrum, from complete beginners to high-level USTA competitors. Recently, he co-founded a teaching and management company in Miami. Laurence is thrilled to join the LEGACY team and looks forward to working with all its wonderful players.
