Jimmy Kaufman is a partner at Sandler Training, a sales training and development firm. An entrepreneurial visionary, Jim is adept at combining outstanding sales methodology training and coaching to drive increased profitability. As a seasoned sales executive and trainer, he has extensive experience creating engaged and collaborative sales cultures, has served as a fractional sales leader for a multitude of companies in different industries and has deep experience in leadership training, and sales recruitment. Jim graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Finance, has previously owned two businesses, led a successful sales team in the manufacturing industry and has served on the boards of various organizations, including Golden Slipper and Springboard.  Jim’s true passion is tennis. He played high school tennis and ran the summer tennis program at Camp Kweebec during college. During his 15 years of playing USTA tennis, Jimmy has captained multiple Men’s USTA teams and proudly secured two National Championships. His enduring passion for tennis keeps him actively involved in competitive play.  As a board member at LEGACY, he looks forward to leveraging his extensive tennis network and enthusiasm to contribute to LEGACY’s continued growth and success. Jim’s passion for youth sports extends beyond tennis. He coached his children’s soccer and basketball teams for 12 years and served on the board of Whitemarsh girls intramural basketball league for three years. Jimmy and his wife, Michele, reside in Lafayette Hill, where their two children played high school tennis and attended clinics at LEGACY.
