Deborah has over 16 years of professional Human Resources experience. As the Director of Human Resources and Administration, Deborah is responsible for providing strategic guidance, planning, and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function. She has notable experience in staffing, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, workers compensation, and employee relations.

Prior to focusing on Human Resources, Deborah worked as an attorney and a real estate manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Albright College and a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.
