This past Sunday was the annual PATD awards held at Germantown Cricket Club. As an organization, LEGACY is proud to be named as a 2023-2024 Middle States Premiere Provider. LEGACY players also took home some hardware at this year’s awards. Josh Dratch, a 12 year old LEGACY player, was awarded as the PATD Boys’ 12s number 1 ranked player. Erika Dunwoody brought home the PATD Girls’ 12s Number 1 ranked player award as well! In 14s, it was Jasmine Taylor who brought home the number 1 ranked award for the girls and Ethan Sun who brought it home for the boys. Leah Thomas, a 16 year old LEGACY player, was awarded as both the number 1 ranked Girls’ 16s player in the PATD and in all of Middle States. Lastly, LEGACY alumni Kayla Chung brought home the PATD Girls’ 18s number 1 ranked player.
Along with the organization and the players, one of our coaches brought home an award this year. Stevie Dandridge, lead pro and tournament director, was given the PATD Tournament Director of the year award.
We are incredibly proud of all our coaches and players for representing LEGACY and we are so excited for the future of LEGACY tennis!
