WHAT a night to remember at the please touch museum!
It was a truly remarkable evening celebrating LEGACY board member and community leader Jim Shinehouse along with Grand Slam Champion KG Montjane. Both Jim and KG embody the spirit of giving back and inspiring the next generation, and their stories left us all deeply moved.
The night began with a lively cocktail hour in the beautiful Carousel Room, followed by an inspiring program honoring our two incredible honorees. Philly native Trenae Nuri hosted a captivating fireside chat with KG Montjane, sharing her journey from her tennis beginnings in Limpopo, South Africa to becoming a four-time Grand Slam champion. Jim Shinehouse was honored by friend and fellow board member Grant Palmer, along with a heartfelt tribute video featuring his friends and family.
We closed out the evening with an exciting live auction that raised tens of thousands of dollars for our LEGACY kids, and of course, the fan-favorite game of Heads or Tails!
