For performance players ages 9-18 who are committed to a full tournament schedule, and have the desire to compete on the National Level. All players must have UTR rating of 2.0 or higher to be accepted into the clinic.

Recommended training for players in Tournament Training Competitive:

• 2 hours a day, 3 – 4 times a week
• 6 – 8 hrs on court
• 1 hr private lesson per week
• 30 min of tennis fitness per week
• 30 min of strategy/mental training per week
• 30 min of yoga and stretching
• 5 – 8 tournaments per year
