This past Thursday, June 20th, Enterprise came to one of our 14+ community tennis sites to hold an event with our campers and present a generous gift of over $8000! The day started with a welcome speech from Enterprise representatives. She told the campers about Enterprise’s mission and how they give back to many community programs and organizations around the country. After the check presentation, campers, Enterprise staff, and LEGACY coaches competed in a fun relay race to get everyone warmed up. After the race, players broke up into 3 groups and played 3 different games and then rotated through for tons of fun!

After all those games, our players grabbed some water and sat around one of the wonderful Enterprise staff members as they read the book Game Changers: The story of Venus and Serena Williams. The kids sat and learned from the reading and also filled out surveys about their reading habits and their love for reading! The event wrapped up with the campers getting lunch and free water bottles from Enterprise!
