LEGACY donors have the right to have access to the organization’s most recent financial audit.

LEGACY donors have the right to be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.

LEGACY donors have the right to receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.

LEGACY donors have the right to to remain anonymous upon request.

LEGACY donors have the right to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful, and forthright answers.

LEGACY will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information.

LEGACY will only share a donor’s personal information if the donor has given specific permission to do so.
