Long-time LEGACY board member, Jim Shinehouse, is lacing up his sneakers on May 4th for the Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run, 2025.
As he’s so graciously done before, Jim will run on behalf of LEGACY’s kids. Let’s show our LEGACY kids and Jim some love!
For many years LEGACY’s longest serving board member, David Broida, ran in the Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run to fundraise for Legacy Youth Tennis and Education.
While he won’t be running down Broad Street this time, David is still on a mission to fundraise for future tennis stars. This year he will swim his miles, and do it with the same spirit and athleticism that he ran Broad Street all those years.
Historically, David and his supportive network have raised an impressive $8,000 each Broad Street Run for our kids. This year, we’re challenging our amazing community to come together and raise $10,000 in honor of the David and all kids who’s futures will benefit from his LAPS FOR LEGACY!
Even a gift of $10 – that’s $1 per mile in the Broad Street Run – can make a big difference. Let’s come together and serve up a brighter future for Philadelphia kids!
