The OST Summer Group Leader will work from 6/26/2023 – 8/4/2023, 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm every Friday and the last week of programming, 7/31/23 to 8/4/2023. There may be some full-day 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday summer positions available at our Alexander K. McClure location. The Group Leader reports to the Site Director and is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of daily activities. Primarily, the Group Leader will ensure student safety; support and assist in all activities; assist with attendance; snack distribution; site set up and break down; and maintain connections with parents and school personnel. The Group Leader will assist the Site Director in the implementation and evaluation of program activities and services and will work with the team in teaching, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating literacy, enrichment activities, and character education. The Group Leader is responsible for implementing daily program activities and coordinating activities.
